Let’s use our tongue wisely. (include the way we write or the words we share).
There is great power in the words we speak. Words will build or destroy. Words will bring hope and encouragement or words will bring discouragement. The choice is in each one of us. Each word we speak in a day matters and matters a lot. That word will uplift someone or demotivate them.
In the book of Proverbs, in the Bible, chapter 18 verse 21(NIV), it says, “The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit”. That’s the power of words spoken. We must therefore take care to be wise in how we use words.
Words can be more destructive that physical weapons. When we find ourselves going through some challenges; we are tempted to engage in negative talk. We are being called to be wise and use our tongue wisely.
